Description: The bunches are left to dry until November 1st in a dry and ventilated place. Then crushed and left to ferment for 21 days, finally decanted and left to age for at least a year. Slow explosion of perfumes that recall distant warm countries and sea breezes. Marzipan, ripe dates, caramelized sugar. A great passito for special occasions.
