Description: It is a difficult to obtain Passito wine, the best bunches are harvested prematurely, hung by threads in the stone cellars or spread out on racks and so they remain until November 1st of the following year. Amber yellow color, aromas of apricot, candied citrus fruits, dried medicinal herbs, turmeric and iodine. On the palate the sweet and creamy dynamic is innervated by flavor.
