Description: Slow fermentation without temperature control. Contact on the skins for at least 15 days, completion of fermentation in the Hungarian oak barrique, batonnage and aging for the following 12 months. Wine with a bright, deep, amber yellow color, good structure, very intense and persistent. Perfect for meditation.
Scents of Mediterranean scrub, dehydrated apricot, savory and enveloping.
